1. The subject of the contract
1.1 The SELLER sells and the BUYER buys Canadian Sphynx kitten in the capacity of owner:

3. Rights and obligations of the PARTIES
3.1 The SELLER transfer a kitten with the originals of following documents:
- Metric (pedigree)
- Veterinary passport
- Contract
3.2 The obligation of the SELLER is fulfilled at the moment when the BUYER signs this agreement
3.3 The SELLER provides a guarantee that a kitten is in a good health, in particular, the kitten has no signs of fungal and viral diseases and has all age-appropriate vaccinations, worming and medical examinations by the time of purchase
3.4 In order to validate the warranty, the BUYER must take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of the date of purchase, excluding holidays and weekends, for a health examination. This examination shall be at the BUYERS expense
3.5 If the BUYER doesn’t examine the kitten within 72 hours than all claims on further health of kittens are not accepted
3.6 The BUYER should ensure proper care and keep the kitten in safety, and provide veterinary service
3.7 It is not allowed to keep the kitten in the case, it is necessary to exclude the access to open windows and uncontrolled access to the street
4. Other conditions and the currency of the contract
4.1 Issues that are not settled by this agreement are determined in accordance with requirements current legislation of Russia and are solved by conversation of the PARTIES
4.2 All amendments of this agreement should be done in a written form of application of this agreement and signed by both PARTIES
4.3 The price and conditions of sale of each kitten are individual and depend of its pedigree data that should not be provided to third parties
4.4 This agreement is made in two original copies having the same legal force
4.5 This agreement comes into force at the moment of its signing by PARTIES and is valid until the PARTIES fulfil all obligations and make payments

CONTRATO DE COMPRAVENTA DE UN GATITO

La propietaria del criadero de gatos Sphynx "Canadavillage", número de registro WCF 6893-2014/140082.RU, Natalia Vinogradova (diploma de WCF número FK 0170-23/14/11) , desde este momento el Vendedor, por una parte, y __________________, desde este momento el Comprador, por otra parte, concluyen el presente contrato:
1. OBJETO DEL CONTRATO
1.1. El Vendedor vende y el Comprador adquiere un gatito de la raza Sphynx:
- nombre Canadavillage ________________, fecha de nacimiento ______________;
- color ______________________________, sexo _____________________;
- número de Registro (pedigree) ___________________________________;
- número de microchip __________________________________________________.
1.2. En el momento de la venta el gatito está garantizado sanitariamente y ya está registrado en el sistema WCF por el Club Felino "Favorite Cat".
1.3. El gato se clasifica de calidad ___________.
1.4. Animal de compañía (PET) debe ser castrado/esterilizado, se excluye totalmente su uso como animal reproductor.
2. PRECIO Y FORMA DE PAGO
2.1. El precio total del gatito de la raza Sphynx de nombre Canadavillage ________________ es de _______euros.
2.2. El Comprador paga un depósito de ____________ euros.
2.3. La fecha límite de pago es el "___"_______________201___.
2.4. Al final de ese plazo el Comprador ingresa el resto del precio del gatito, cubriendo el importe total de _____________.
2.5. Términos y condiciones adicionales del precio total del gatito ____________________________________
3.1.El Vendedor se obliga a entregar el gatito con los originales de los siguientes documentos:
- el pedigree;
- el original del pasaporte veterinario con el logotipo del criadero "Canadavillage";
- el contrato de compraventa;
- el certificado veterinario oficial con el número del microchip.
3.2. La obligación del Vendedor de entregar el gatito se considera cumplida a partir del momento de la firma del presente contrato.
3.3. El Vendedor garantiza que en el momento de la venta el animal es sano, desparasitado, sin síntomas de hongos y enfermedades virales.
3.4. El Comprador tiene derecho en el término de 3 días a partir del momento de la entrega del animal llevarlo a la consulta veterinaria.
3.5. La falta de dicha consulta médica anula toda garantía de salud.
3.6. El Comprador se compromete a dar al animal un trato, alimentación y cuidados adecuados y ofrecerle atención sanitaria.
3.7. Está prohibido mantener el animal enjaulado, se prohibe practicarle la oniquectomía (extracción quirúrgica de las uñas), se debe evitar que el gato tenga acceso a una ventana abierta sin protección y que salga de casa sin vigilancia.
3.8. Si cambia el propietario del animal, se debe informar el criadero y dar contactos de los nuevos amos de la mascota.
4. OTROS CONDICIONES Y DURACIÓN DEL CONTRATO
4.1. Las cuestiones no resueltas en el presente contrato se definen de acuerdo con la legislación vigente y se resuelven mediante las negociaciones de las partes.
4.2. Cualquier cambio en el presente contrato debe ser formalizado por escrito como anexo al presente contrato y firmado por ambas partes.
4.3. El precio y las condiciones de venta de cada gatito dependen de sus datos y su pedigree, esta información es confidencial y no se permite divulgarla a terceros.
4.4. El presente contrato se firma en dos ejemplares, ambos tienen la misma fuerza legal.
4.5. El presente contrato entra en vigor a partir de la fecha de su firma por las partes y funciona hasta la ejecución completa de las obligaciones de las partes y de los cálculos de dicho contrato.
